Dr. Rathod served as a Senior Resident at Shatabdi Hospital, Kandivali, Mumbai, where he gained extensive experience in managing trauma cases, fractures, joint disorders, and sports injuries. To further enhance his surgical expertise, he completed advanced fellowships in Arthroplasty (Joint Replacement), Arthroscopy (Keyhole Surgery), and Spine Surgery at reputed hospitals in Mumbai. He also worked as a Clinical Assistant at HN Reliance Hospital, Mumbai, gaining valuable experience in advanced orthopedic and spine procedures.
